Career development
ADAS is a people business. We see investment in our staff as essential. ADAS will invest in your chosen career path, where it aligns with business strategy, to achieve personal and company success.
All new members of staff attend a two day Induction course within three months of joining ADAS where they learn about the business structure, strategy and culture of ADAS from the Chief
Executive and members of the senior management team.
As soon as you join ADAS, you will agree your objectives with your line manager so you understand your individual contribution to the success of the business.
ADAS has a mentoring scheme to ensure we achieve top level scientific results. New and junior members of staff working within scientific disciplines are allocated a Science Mentor to provide support.
Training is bespoke to the individual member of staff and may comprise of occupational training or attendance a specific course. Courses may be internally or externally run and could be job specific courses or personal development courses.
