Benefits and rewards
Salary rates are reviewed annually, plus additional performance related elements of pay.
Annual holiday - Staff are entitled to 25 days annual leave per year increasing to 30 days plus bank and public holidays. Pro rata for part time staff.
Pension - ADAS operates a contributory Company Stakeholder Scheme.
Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) - ADAS operates a health insurance scheme which pays staff over 50% of their salary (if the insurer admits the claim) if a member of staff is off sick long term.
Life Assurance - Staff nominate a spouse/relative etc. to receive a payment of twice their annual salary if a member of staff dies whilst they are an employee of ADAS.
Childcare Vouchers - ADAS staff can join the Company's Childcare Voucher Scheme. The scheme is a salary sacrifice scheme and allows staff to save tax and national insurance contributions on the part of their salary they sacrifice for vouchers.
Medical Insurance Cover - ADAS operates a contributory scheme, which allows employees to reclaim the cost of medical treatment.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - ADAS provides staff with access to a free, confidential counselling and advice service telephone number. This service is accessed via telephone and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Maternity/Paternity/Adoption Pay - ADAS offers staff generous maternity/paternity/adoption pay above the statutory minimum.
Flexible working request with regard to caring for a child - Open to all staff.
Job share - Request open to all staff.

Study Assistance - ADAS offers financial support to staff who undertake courses/qualifications which benefit their careers in ADAS.
Staff appraisal - Regular reviews of performance to provide feedback and opportunities to discuss and plan development.
